1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with DKC Auto Detailing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

DKC Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), paint correction, and window tinting services in Doral, FL and throughout Miami-Dade County. Services are performed at the client’s specified location unless otherwise arranged.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Appointments confirmed with a deposit are subject to the deposit terms communicated at booking.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, current condition, and complexity of the service. The final price will be confirmed before work begins. By proceeding with the service, you accept the confirmed price.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless a deposit has been arranged in advance. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.

6. Liability

DKC Auto Detailing takes professional care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, factory defects, or conditions present on the vehicle prior to service. Pre-existing damage will be documented before work begins.

Ceramic coating and PPF installation results depend in part on the pre-existing condition of the vehicle’s paint. We will advise on paint correction requirements before proceeding with protective coatings.

7. Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Specific product warranties (e.g., PPF manufacturer warranty) are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer.

8. Use of Website

9. Changes to Terms
